Traffic violators caught unaware in Khammam

The Khammam traffic police conducted a special drive on Tuesday at ZP Centre, Prakash Nagar, Kaman Bazar, Kassa Bazar, Rotary Nagar and Yellandhu crossroads and imposed fines on those found violating traffic rules.
Khammam: The Khammam traffic police conducted a special drive on Tuesday at ZP Centre, Prakash Nagar, Kaman Bazar, Kassa Bazar, Rotary Nagar and Yellandhu crossroads and imposed fines on those found violating traffic rules.
The police stopped the vehicles and checked the vehicle registration papers. Further, they identified vehicles parked in no parking zones and shifted them on a crane besides imposing fines on motorists for flouting the rules.
Speaking on the occasion, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Sadha Niranjan appealed to everyone to follow the traffic rules and park their vehicles only at the allotted parking spaces. Traffic Inspector and Sub-Inspector took part in the special drive.
