The elections for State Committee of Telangana Recognised Schools Management Association (TRSMA) was held on a smooth note here at Dasari Gardens in Karimnagar on Saturday.
Karimnagar : The elections for State Committee of Telangana Recognised Schools Management Association (TRSMA) was held on a smooth note here at Dasari Gardens in Karimnagar on Saturday.
The elections were held for the State president, general secretary and treasury posts of the committee, the elected committee members are going to be in charge from 2019 to 2021.
Yadagiri Shekar Rao has been elected as president, Sama Madhusudhan general secretary and P Nageshwar Rao treasurer unanimously by the members of the association. Addressing on the occasion, the newly-elected TRSMA president Yadagiri Shekar Rao said that right from the beginning, from 2002 onwards he worked sincerely for solving various issues of the private school managements.
The education system plays a key role in establishing a better society. From the past few years onwards, the private schools are facing many problems, he said and assured that he would strive hard for solving them.
Attending as a chief guest, Health Minister Eatela Rajendar said that the Telangana government is committed to development and welfare of the people. He assured that he would take the issues of the private schools to the notice of the government and would try to solve them.
Later, the newly-elected members took oath in the presence of chief guest Eatela Rajendar. Karimnagar Zilla Parishad chairperson Kanumalla Vijaya and MLAs Gangula Kamalakar and Sunke Ravi Shankar attended as special invitees to the oath taking ceremony that was held after the elections.
