116 poor to get free treatment under Pranadanam Scheme
Pranadanam committee which met here on Thursday approved a list of 116 poor patients for providing free treatment under TTD's SV Pranadanam Scheme.
Tirupati: Pranadanam committee which met here on Thursday approved a list of 116 poor patients for providing free treatment under TTD's SV Pranadanam Scheme. These patients, who are suffering with various ailments, applied to the committee for availing free treatment.
After the verification of the details of the poor patients, the committee headed by SVIMS Director Dr TS Ravikumar gave its approval for providing free treatment to the 116 patients based on eligibility.
The department-wise patients selected for free treatment include neurosurgery (36), medicine (04), nephrology (19), cardiothoracic (15), neurology (15), oncology (23), gastroenterology (3) and cardiology (1)– total 116 patients.
It may be noted here that TTD as part of its social service activities, set up SV Pranadanam Trust seeking donations for providing free treatment to poor patients.
