Alliance Club take out heart rally in Kakinada
The members of `Alliance Club Kakinada Saravana’ took out an awareness rally on Sunday on the occasion of `World Heart Day’.
Kakinada: The members of `Alliance Club Kakinada Saravana' took out an awareness rally on Sunday on the occasion of `World Heart Day'. The members started the rally from Boat Club to Bhanugudi centre through Nagamallithota Junction, JNTU-K, District Police Office and Charminar Centre.
Leading the programme, the club member Ch Rammohan Rao said that everyone should take care of their heart for leading a healthy life as the cardiovascular diseases were on the rise due to the changing lifestyle. The regional chairman, Kovvuri Munireddy, said that the youth should inculcate the habit of doing physical exercises everyday for protecting their health.
Presiding over the heart awareness meeting, Vara Prasad said that morning walk was the best exercise and everyone should spare a minimum of one hour for walking. The club secretary, S Suryanarayana Reddy, founder Dilip Kumar Sadanani, Governor Representative Ravi Shankar Patnaik, DV Subba Raju, Mukhtheswar Rao, Venkatesh and others participated in the programme.
