Amaravati: CPI leaders Ramakrishna and Donepudi Shankar called on the farmers of Mandadam village on Friday and expressed their solidarity with the agitation they are waging for the capital city of Amaravati. They said that the three-capitals model existed nowhere in the world and it was unfair to shift the capital city from Amaravati.

They condemned the dictatorial attitude of the Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and demanded that the government revoke the decision to move the capital city from Amaravati. TDP leader Maganti Babu also called on the farmers at Mandadam village.
