AP high court has issued a notice to Chirala TDP MLA Karanam Balaram Krishna Murthy. YCP leader and former MLA Amanchi Krishna Mohan have approached the court that Karanam Balaram has covered some information and submitted a false election affidavit.
Amaravati: AP high court has issued a notice to Chirala TDP MLA Karanam Balaram Krishna Murthy. YCP leader and former MLA Amanchi Krishna Mohan have approached the court that Karanam Balaram has covered some information and submitted a false election affidavit.
On responding to the petition, the court has issued the notice to the MLA. YCP leader Amanchi has filed a case in the court that Karanam Balaram has mentioned his wife Saraswathi name in his nomination, but he didn't disclose any information about his another wife Prasuna and daughter names in the affidavit.
He urged the court to cancel the election of TDP MLA. On hearing the case, judge Justice J Umadevi has issued the notice to MLA Karanam Balaram along with the election Returning Officer, Chirala. The court ordered to file the response within three weeks and adjourned the case.
