The Central Bureau Of Investigation on Friday filed a supplementary petition to investigate the Penna Cement case, which is part of Jagan Mohan Reddy's illegal assets case. The petition includes that the Telangana minister Sabitha Indra Reddy and AP minister Dharmana Prasad Rao along with IAS officers Samuel and Srilakshmi to be interrogated again.

There is no need of re enquiry into the case as the court has given the memo regarding completion of the case, argued the lawyer of the accused. The court has adjourned the case to October 11. IA officer Srilakshmi and Indu Shyam Prasad Reddy attended the court while Jagan Mohan Reddy and Vijayasai Reddy are excepted by the court in attending the investigation.
