Ongole: Swamy Pravananda Giri and Paripoornananda Swamy laid the foundation stone for the office of the Viswa Hindu Parishad here on Thursday.
Yakkali Raghavulu, general secretary of the Central executive of Viswa Hindu Parishad, State secretary Nandireddy Sai Reddy, regional secretary Varre Koteswara Rao, Bajrang Dal leader Tumkunta Pratap Reddy, and others participated in the foundation stone ceremony.
Later, a meeting of the activists was organised on the premises of the Ayyappa temple.
Both the seers called upon people to provide financial help for the construction of the office of Viswa Hindu Parishad.
