A car moving from Chennai to Nellore had hit a driver crossing the highway at Boodanam toll plaza on Wednesday in which he died on the spot.

According to sources, a driver who stopped the vehicle and moving the other side and the speeding car hit him.
Gudur police rushed to the spot and shifted the dead body for postmortem. Police booked hit and run case and were investigating.
