MVGR College hosts Vigilance Awareness Week in Vizianagaram
On the occasion of Vigilance Awareness Week -2019, Vigilance Department of Srikakulam Unit conducted an awareness programme at MVGR College of Engineering (A).

Chief guest of the event SP T Panasa Reddy and other dignitaries present were P Umapathi Varma,DSP, D E V S S N Raju, AG, and Ch Surya Trinadha Rao, AR officials from Vigilance Department. The programme is aimed to create awareness among young minds of MVGR College on the need of vigilance.
Principal Dr.K.V.L.Raju, Dean-Students S Mohan Kumar, Programme Coordinator B Hari Kumar were present. Essay writing competition on "Integrity – A way of Life" has been conducted. It aims at bringing out the transparency in policy making and implementation to mitigate or demystify the gap between public and government.
Chief guest T Panasa Reddy addressed the gathering and emphasised on morals and ethics in education along with a thorough study of biographies of eminent people to build once own personality.
He envisioned and conveyed a message that personal development leads to social upliftment and change. College Principal Dr K V L Raju stressed on the needs of character, building and watch word for an individual is prevention as prevention is better than cure.
