Vijayawada: Narsapuram YSRCP MP K Raghu Rama krishnam Raju wrote another letter to Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy stating that the government has reduced the age limit from 65 to 60 years for the implementation of old age pension from February 2020 instead of July 2019.

The MP, whose relations with the YSRCP strained in recent weeks, wrote second letter to the Chief Minister on Sunday. Ramakrishnam Raju said each pensioner suffer a loss of Rs 15,750 (Rs 2250x7 months) due to late implementation of orders. Raju has requested Jagan Mohan Reddy to give instructions to the officials to pay the pension amount from July 2019.

He also requested the Chief Minister to increase the monthly pension from Rs.2,250 to Rs 2,500 and implement from the birth anniversary of Y S Rajasekhar Reddy to be observed on July 8.
