Araku MP G Madhav and Rampachodavaram MLA N Dhanalakshmi said some roads in Rampachodavaram constituency were sanctioned, but construction works stopped due to lack of forest clearance.

They met Alluri Sitharama Raju district Joint Collector and Rampachodavaram ITDA Project Officer Suraj Ganore on Tuesday and asked him to take appropriate action in this regard. They said that a bridge on Annavaram village road in VR Puram mandal was completely damaged and requested to establish an alternative route for the villagers.
They asked the project officer to grant caste certificates to the tribals as per the rules and take steps to ensure government schemes for the poor.
ZPTC member P Venkata Lakshmi, mandal president B Sridevi, MPTC Member V Lakshmi were present on the occasion.
