SP to appoint special branch police by tests

Ongole: The Prakasam police introduced revolutionary changes in the appointment of personnel to work in the special branch. Keeping aside recommendations and requests, SP Siddharth Kaushal decided to cleanse the special branch, an important arm in the police department to maintain law and order.
He ordered all the existing SB staff to prove their worthiness and offered an opportunity to other personnel to serve in the mufti. Based on the instructions from the SP, SB DSP VS Rambabu and SB CI N Srikanth Babu conducted a written test, technical test using android phone and software applications to the existing 30 SB staff and 25 personnel from other wings on Friday.
After the test, the DSP and CI assessed the candidates through a primary interview and sent for final interview with the SP. After the interview with him, the SP selected the toppers with experience, skills, commitment and honesty to work with him in the special branch.
