Staff grievances will be heard every Friday: SP
Prakasam district superintendent of police Siddharth Kaushal inspected the armed forces parade at the parade grounds in Ongole on Friday morning and interacted with them.
Ongole: Prakasam district superintendent of police Siddharth Kaushal inspected the armed forces parade at the parade grounds in Ongole on Friday morning and interacted with them. Addressing the armed forces, Siddharth said that working in police department is a tough job but they should strive hard and receive appreciations from the public.
He announced that he is always in support of the welfare of the personnel and have redressed all grievances shared in the last week. He said that he is going to conduct a staff grievance day every Friday to know the problems and issues of the staff.
He advised them to bring any issues to his notice but warned them to speak the truth. Later, he interacted with the staff personally and forwarded the pleas to concerned officers for action. RI Admin M Manohar, RI Welfare K Ankammarao, RI U Nageswara Rao and other armed reserve officers and staff also participated in the programme.
