Vivek (24), hailing from Chittoor district in Andhra Pradesh died after being hit by an unknown vehicle on Friday night.
He had gone to US to pursue his masters at North Carolina University.
Vivek, who was working at a petrol bunk in Charlotte as a part time job was hit by a vehicle while returning home from duty. His body will arrive Hyderabad on Wednesday.
Vivek's parents Umapati Naidu and Uma Devi are the natives of Irala in Chittoor. They got settled in Bengaluru.
