Farmer Jagan Mohan Rao was impatient with the drains dumped at his farm in Narasannapeta Mandalam Dukkulapadu in Srikakulam district. The panchayat secretary was blamed for this. The locals immediately alerted and blocked Jagan Mohan Rao.
The locals who took Jagan Mohan Rao aside informed the police. The incident caused panic at the village council.
