Two children drowned in an open well at JVR Puram in Burja mandal of Srikakulam district. The children were identified as S. Trisha and S. Rahul. The incident happened after their parents went to farming works and the children came out from their house and playing in the fields and accidentally drowned in the well.
No one noticed and the children drowned in the well. Bodies were retrieved out from the well by the police with assistance of locals.
