A married woman has attempted suicide along with her three daughters by jumping into a well at Puttaparthi in Anantapur district.
Anantapur: A married woman has attempted suicide along with her three daughters by jumping into a well at Puttaparthi in Anantapur district. In the incident, three daughters died, the mother survived and undergoing treatment at the hospital.
According to the sources, Aruna and her husband Ramesh resides at Peddakammavaripalli village near Puttaparthi. It's reported that the family disputes are going on between the couple for the past some time.
In this context, Aruna took her three daughters to a well near the colony and pushed them and jumped into the water. The locals, who noticed immediately rescued and brought them out.
By that time, Bhavya (8), Chandana (5)have already died, and Bhargavi (8) and Aruna were rushed to the hospital, where Bhargavi died while receiving the treatment.
The hospital doctors said that Aruna's health condition is now out of danger. Bhavya and Bhargavi are twin sisters. On the incident, Puttaparthi Urban police have registered a case and investigating further.
