Kurnool: Several activists of YSR Congress party in Kodumur Assembly constituency have joined Telugu Desam in the presence of TDP leader and former Union Minister Kotla Jaya Surya Prakash Reddy on Friday. The YSRCP mandal convener Suresh addressing media persons, said that MLA, Jardoddi Sudhakar is encouraging groupism among party cadres. The senior leaders who worked for the party are not given due regard, he said.
Kotla after inviting the mandal convener Suresh and his cadre into TDP, said that no one in the state are happy with Jagan Mohan Reddy government. ``Jagan has won the election with the tampering of electronic voting machine. He is doing great injustice to the farmers who had given land for the construction of Amaravati capital,'' Kotla said.
He further alleged that the government instead supplying sand for free of cost, is transporting to other states. Thousands of tonnes of sand is being illegally traded to various states. But the officials are unable to initiate action to curb the illegal trade, lamented Surya Prakash Reddy.
TD Party district president, Somi Shetty Venkateshwarulu, mandal leaders, Madhu Reddy, Mallikarjuna Goud, Hemadri Reddy, Ram Babu Goud, former Sarpanch, CB Latha and others were present.
