Markapuram: When the society stops the flow of money in elections, we can see good and morally rich politicians in the legislature houses, opined P Madhava Reddy, campaigner for the Zero Budget Politics.
Madhava Reddy and APCC spokesperson Dr Eluri Ramachandra Reddy interacted with about 300 students at A1 Global Engineering College in Markapuram.
Madhava Reddy opined that the influence of money in politics was increased and a safe society can be achieved only when the politician also feels responsibility and togetherness with everyone in society.
He advised the new age leaders to win the heart of the public by taking initiations in resolving the age-old issues like drinking water, education, health, employment etc by a public and private partnership.
Ramachandra Reddy said that they received a huge response from the participants and they resolved to promote zero budget politics in the coming elections.
