Blue Star launches new range of ACs

Hyderabad: Blue Star Limited, an air conditioning and commercial refrigeration brand on Friday launched 75 newmodels of room air conditioners, starting at a price of Rs 33,790. It also unveiled a new line-up of inverter ACs with ISEERof 5.30.
The inverter ACs are backed with comprehensive warranty for the first year, and a long-term warranty of 10 years for thecompressor, the company said.The ACs come with precise temperaturesetting, sound proof acoustic jacket for the compressor, dual rotartechnology for faster cooling, and built-in voltage stabilizer.
Besides, the inverter ACs with Wi-Fi enabled feature operates through customer-centric mobile app, a Blue Start official said, adding, the app also has 'Smart Budget Management' embedded in it whichenables users to manage their budget.
Blue Star also launched a new range of air coolers under its 'Windus' sub-brand. The coolers come with capacities starting from 35 litres to75 litres and at a price range of Rs 8,990 to Rs 13,490.
Moreover, they also introduced air purifiers with SensAir Technology, priced fromRs 8,990 to Rs 23,990.
The company official said, they intend to increase their investment to Rs 50 crores in FY20 from
Rs 40 crores in FY19, on new product development, research and design.
