Hyderabad: As part of strengthening its presence in Andhra Pradesh, HDFC Ltd, India's premier housing finance company, recently inaugurated its new office at Anantapur. The new office is its 14th outlet in Andhra Pradesh. Located at Vidyuth Nagar near APHB Colony, the HDFC Ltd's new office would be convenient for customers spread across Anantapur, Hindupur, Dharmavaram, Guntakal, Tadipatri and adjoining areas, said a top official.
With the opening of new office, HDFC Ltd aims to reach the large untapped market of genuine home buyers and assist them in making an informed home buying decision, said Renusud Karnad, Managing Director, HDFC Ltd.
Karnad further said: "Anantapur is strategically located on Bengalure-Chennai and Bengalure- Hyderabad routes. The location is a home to several industries such as automobile, mining, handloom, etc,. With improving infrastructure facilities in Anantapur, the real estate market will witness a healthy growth in coming years. Last couple of years witnessed a correction phase in property prices. However, rising income levels, lower interest rates and PMAY schemes have made house buying more affordable."
