Petrol and diesel prices today left unchanged in Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai - 06 June 2020
Petrol and diesel prices see no change on Saturday. The rates have stable ever since the crude oil rates have fallen.
Petrol and diesel prices on 06 June 2020: Petrol and diesel prices sees no change on Saturday. The rates have stable ever since the crude oil rates have fallen. The oil companies contemplating to start the revision of prices on a daily basis, the petrol and diesel prices may increase by Rs. 5 in the coming days. On the other hand, an increase in VAT and Cess by Rs. 13 on petrol and Rs. 10 on diesel, the prices of fuel may take a momentum. Going by the petrol and diesel prices for the day at four major centres, here are the prices.
In Hyderabad, petrol is now sold at ₹73.97 and diesel at ₹67.82. While in Delhi, a litre of petrol price is at ₹71.26 per litre and diesel price at ₹69,39 per litre. In Mumbai, petrol is selling at ₹78.32 per litre and diesel at ₹68.21 per litre. In Chennai, the petrol price per litre will cost ₹75,66 per litre whereas diesel prices is at ₹68.33 per litre.
The petrol and diesel prices mentioned above are due at 8 in the morning and petroleum companies revise the petrol and diesel prices on the basis of crude oil prices in the international market. Against this backdrop, prices are subjected to change regularly.
