Malavika Mohanan for Bollywood

Daughter of cinematographer K U Mohanan, Malavika has rapidly shot up the popularity chart with her recent films in Tamil, of which her role in Vijay's forthcoming ' Master' is on the top of everybody's mind. Earlier she was seen in Rajinikanth's ' Petta' released in 2019 which gave her great visibility and stature.

Now there is news coming up that she has been booked by Ravi Udyawar, the director of ' Mom' for his film which has Siddhant Chaturvedi as her hero. It's expected to be a top action film and Mohanan has been asked to take classes in martial art. Many contemporaries of hers feel that such a high-visibility start to her career which began in 2013 in Malayalam is very uncommon.
