Mohanlal starrer 2013 film Drishyam is often considered as one of the best thrillers ever made in Indian cinema.
Mohanlal starrer 2013 film Drishyam is often considered as one of the best thrillers ever made in Indian cinema. It is also one of the few movies which were remade in other languages like Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi. Now, Mohanlal is coming up with its sequel Drishyam 2, which will have a direct release on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video.
Drishyam 2 now became the first major Malayalam mainstream film to opt for a direct OTT release. The digital release announcement was made with a special teaser of the movie. Drishyam 2 starts off where the first part was ended. The teaser promises yet another intriguing thriller from the team.
Directed by Jeethu Joseph, Drishyam 2 features Meena, Ansiba and Esther Anil in the other important roles. The release date of this movie will be announced soon. Both Jeethu Joseph and Mohanlal will team up with another film titled Ram. This movie may hit the screens in 2022.
