Maharshi creates non-Baahubali 2 record at RTC X Roads
Superstar Mahesh Babu starrer Maharshi is breaking the old records and setting up the new ones with each passing day.
Superstar Mahesh Babu starrer Maharshi is breaking the old records and setting up the new ones with each passing day. Already, it has become the highest opening day grosser in Mahesh's career and also collected more than Rs. 20 crore share in the Nizam area alone.
Now, it has created yet another record. In RTC X Roads, which is known as the hub of Telugu cinema screens, it has collected Rs. 92.12 lakhs in its week run. This is a non-Baahubali 2 record. Maharshi has surpassed previous best grossers like Baahubali (Rs. 91.17 lakhs), Rangasthalam (Rs. 89.76 lakhs) and 2.0 (Rs. 85.12 lakhs).
Baahubali 2 still stands on top with record numbers of Rs. 1.66 crore. Going by its pace at the box office, it is pretty sure that Maharshi is going to break many other records by the time it completes its lifetime run.
