School mornings are nightmare when it comes to prepping lunch and breakfast. It's high time you know the quick and easy breakfast for the busy school mornings. Here are five nimble breakfast hacks that include milk shared by Suchindran SM, group brand manager- Cavin's, Cavinkare.
Milky toast: This is not the boring bread toast that we have it burnt in the toaster. Take the toasted bread and sprinkle it with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon on top, cut the toasted bread into small bite-sized pieces put it in a bowl. Pour one cup of milk over the toast and serve.
Parathas with milk: Knead the wheat flour with milk instead of water, slowly until it becomes a soft dough. Take two spoons of jaagery or sugar and mix with milk powder along with pinch of cinnamon in a bowl and set aside. Add some ghee to the flour and make round parathas and sprinkle the jaggery mixture of the parathas and close fold it. Heat the parathas in low flame and serve it.
Carrot-milk bowl: This is an easy and lip-smacking dish that the children would slurp it down. Heat the milk and put the grated carrot and stir it until the milk broth becomes a little orange add sugar and mix it well. Here it is a juicy and yummy carrot milk bowl.
Smoothies: Take strawberries or bananas in small pieces and put in blender pour in a cup of milk along with 2-3 almonds or walnuts and honey. Blend it until it becomes a thick fruit shake which children will crave for, all through the day.
Creamy omelets: Break open two eggs add pinch of salt and mix it well and then add a cup of warm milk and pour the mixture on to a pre heated pan. After a while flip it and serve with bread toast.
Whip up a nutritious breakfast with calcium in every bite within a jiffy because having a good breakfast routine helps to shape the day well for your children.
