The notification for UPSC Civil Services 2020 and Indian Forest Services 2020 Preliminary analysis would be issued by Union Public Service Commission, UPSC today.
The notification for UPSC Civil Services 2020 and Indian Forest Services 2020 Preliminary analysis would be issued by Union Public Service Commission, UPSC today. Candidates interested in appearing for the exam, scheduled for May 31, 2020, must register online on the official upsconline.nic.in website once the forms are posted. UPSC Civil Services Notification 2020 Prelims and UPSC Indian Forest Services 2020 would be released today at upsc.gov.in.
Candidates the note that the Civil Services Preliminary Exam (which includes IAS, IPS, IRS and other Group A, B positions in different departments) and Indian Forest Services would be combined. The candidates who qualify for the exam would have to appear for the Main exam, which will be held in September and December, respectively.
Minimum qualification for both exams is the degree of graduation in any subject. When released, candidates are able to check the specific specifications in the notification. For general category, the upper age limit for UPSC IAS Examination is 32 years. Extension is also valid for reserved category. Candidates for the UPSC Civil Services are given a total of six attempts.
UPSC is likely to release the notification about 12 noon today-February 12, 2020, according to past trends. The applicants would be given 20 days to fill out the application form online, which is a two-part process. The first part is simple registration while the second part is a comprehensive form of application. Updates would also be given on this page once it's posted.
