It refers to a mysterious car-accident on May 14 killing 32-year young lawyer Digvijay Trivedi representing Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) in the infamous Palghar mob-lynching case killing two Hindu saints and their driver at Gadchinchale Village in Paleghar District of Maharashtra on April16.
The role of Maharashtra government and version of state-police has been in controversy ever since mob-lynching incident happened. Mysterious killing of the lawyer representing case of victims through VHP calls for the case to be handed over to Central Bureau of Investigation CBI as is demanded by people and organisations in anguish over the incident.
Of course, priority before the nation is to tackle situation emerged out of corona-pandemic, yet incidents like happened in Palghar can be tackled to be handed over to CBI by officers in Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) dealing with CBI.
