Going by the warmongering rants inside and outside Pakistan parliament by its Prime Minister Imran Khan and subsequent rejoinders by his Cabinet Ministers, it is quite evident that this failed rogue State is seeking a war with India.

Going by the warmongering rants inside and outside Pakistan parliament by its Prime Minister Imran Khan and subsequent rejoinders by his Cabinet Ministers, it is quite evident that this failed rogue State is seeking a war with India.

Pakistan, since 1947, has been an official distracter and enemy of India. Pakistan has never deviated from targeting India, despite insulting defeats in the wars of 1947, 1965, 1971 and 1999.

After India recently abrogated Article 370 and reorganised Jammu & Kashmir State into two Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, Pakistan is thoroughly rattled.

Neither of these actions is a violation of any active bilateral agreements and is a domestic action of India. However, Pakistan evidently cannot tolerate peaceful resolution of this seven-decade old internal issue of Jammu & Kashmir, which has kept India on tenterhooks all these while.

Unsettling India through their deviant intervention in this troubled State has been Pakistan's official State policy for distracting their own nationals from any other developmental debate.

Pakistan has been causing unrest and unsettling Jammu & Kashmir to use it as a bogey to negotiate funds for their survival from Islamic nations and its ally USA for decades.

Pakistan has indulged in State- sponsored terrorism against India through active intervention in training, arming and instigating local youth of the troubled State in the name of a baseless freedom struggle.

Pakistan has also been sending their army regulars across the border through constant infiltration into Kashmir valley to attack Indian armed forces stationed in the borders, create civil unrest, engage in indoctrination of youth into jihad and incite gullible Kashmiris against the Indian government.

Pakistan has been fishing in troubled waters to destabilise India constantly for the past 72 years.

Paksitan's domestic political agenda, proposition for financial assistance, military control of the failed State, training and export of terror were totally dependent on Kashmir unrest.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's historic action has rendered Pakistan shocked, rattled and unemployed. Abrogation of Article 370 and reorganising J&K has made Pakistan nostalgic and transported it to 1971 loss of East Pakistan.

Pakistan today is fuming at its sudden loss and wants retribution. If there is a huge surgical strike by India on Pakistan, it is this one.

Yes, Pakistan wants war with India. Not that it can ever win a conventional war with India, but it wants to exploit the economic thrust of a war for its sagging economy.

It wants a burst of financial aid from its allies, polarisation of Islamic nations, Chinese military intervention, and an assault on rising Indian economy, as immediate outcomes of its initiation of a conventional war with India.

Considering Pakistan's current economic and social deprivation, it has nothing to lose. It is flashing the nuclear status brazenly and shamelessly in its narrative internationally.

It is bringing irrelevant bilateral agreements to the fore for seeking UN and other international interventions. All the bilateral agreements between India and Pakistan are pertaining to the status quo of the international borders with Pakistan and have nothing to do with internal constitutional provisions of Jammu & Kashmir.

Pakistan is playing obfuscation politics and the Congress party's survival vote bank politics is aiding the rogue State in partially legitimising its international pitch.

Series of moves being made by Pakistan in mobilising military assets towards the line of control with India, a possible missile test in a day or two, open declaration a war schedule, multiple threats of a conventional war are clear indications of a 'limited war plan' being put together by Pakistan for engaging India into an international debacle. This instigation can become a self-goal for Pakistan and can even result in total destruction of this rogue State.

India is a peace-loving nation and has been so, since its formation as a democratic republic in 1947. It has neither instigated wars nor participated in other's wars as an ally.

The nonalignment status of India with bipolar global powers since beginning has ensured its steady economic growth and social stability. India by far has been the most functional democracy in the world and global committee of nations respect India for its peaceful coexistence with its neighbours, restraint despite being a long-term victim of cross border terrorism, and for its matured, sensitive diplomacy, despite being one of the largest military powers globally.

Indian military strength is defined by its highly motivated, trained and armed soldiers of tri-forces. Indian military is a well-organised fighting machine, which is professional, uncorrupt, coordinated and it has a well-oiled, disciplined, efficient command-control.

Indian forces are extremely inspired, high in morale and are led by experienced military war strategists. Large budgetary allocations and constant up-gradation of Indian military assets, missile technology, arms and ammunition have strengthened and ensured a war-ready, extremely capable and powerful military force for India.

On the other hand, Pakistan is at its worst phase in history. Pakistan is a failed State both socially and economically. With a record of lost wars, surrendered forces, weakest military and failed diplomacy, Pakistan can't stand a chance with India in any size of a conventional war.

Pakistan has the weakest armed forces in comparison, unequipped, untrained and corrupt to the core. Lack of morale, unprofessional organisation, weak command control, compromised integrity of the organisation, are some key features of Pakistan military.

Pakistan can seek a war with India for its political survival, international distraction, economic depravity and a domestic agenda, but it can't save itself from another massive and crushing defeat, if it were to initiate this misadventure.
