University of Hyderabad hosted the Campus Concert Series at Savitribai Phule - DST Auditorium on Thursday in which students from the university have participated actively and showcased their talent.

Hyderabad: University of Hyderabad hosted the Campus Concert Series at Savitribai Phule - DST Auditorium on Thursday in which students from the university have participated actively and showcased their talent. This student concert was organised to encourage and support student's talent. In this concert students from different departments, different communities and cultures have performed.

Sanjukta Roy student of 4th year IMSc Chemistry gave a solo Bharatanatyam performance. She once again proved that India has a very rich art dance forms and each art form is very distinguished and has an aura in itself.

Sushmita pandit student of 1st year MA Hindi has performed a semi classical dance on various Bollywood songs.

Cheraw Dance performed by the Mizo students of the university was one of the highlights of the concert. They showed the speciality of Mizo dance of the north eastern state of India.

Performance of semi classical dance by the students of SN school left the audience amazed. They proved that S N School students are nowhere less than others.

'Olam Band', comprising students from various departments, different languages gave a peppy multilingual performance.

MCA Dazzlers, a performance by the students of MCA department on various Bollywood songs using different properties have left their benchmark in the concert.

Itishree, a student of 1st Msc Chemistry has performed on various Bollywood songs.

Last but not the least, the 'NoFace Band' which is students formed by students from different departments. Multilingual performance attracted all kinds of students.

In the end Ashish Jacob Thomas(Public Relations Officer) and Dr. Zahidul Haque (Cultural Coordinator) gave vote of thanks to each and every participant, audience and also to the Spic Macay volunteers who helped in organising the event.
