Aanchal Gupta uses dance as a tool to heal body and minds through her show, 'Dance with Joy' Once a year, Arts in Motion pauses to pay tribute to students who share their passion for dance and to all those teachers who dedicate themselves to this art, by staging a lavish dance extravaganza. Titled 'Dance with Joy', the show is a unique coming together of a wide variety of Indian and international dances in their pure and classical form, an explosive display of extraordinary expertise by local students.

But more than a commitment to entertainment, 'Dance with Joy' is a celebration of life despite all odds. Mental, physical, financial and social trials can break the body and bruise the spirit, making life painful and despairing. It is a modest attempt by Aanchal Gupta to create awareness to help integration through interaction and to heal through dance has always received magnanimous support from the entertainment industry, celebrities from Bollywood, Television and other arenas. Talking about the initiative Aanchal Gupta says, "Through dance, dancers can express feelings and emotions, conveying a message to the audience. It gives an opportunity to people suffering from depression to dance away their blues."

"Arts In Motion, a one-stop-address for dance, fitness, theatre and music classes, workshops and culture related activities, the dance show with a wide variety of Indian and International dance forms, an explosive display of extraordinary expertise by the students of the Academy Arts in Motion, a dance show personifying celebration of life through dance," She says.

She concludes, "Let's dance, let's heal the world. Every year during the training, we get up and close personal with them, they confide in us, despite all the odds they give their best. It is a beautiful process. We do it each year. We need everybody's support."
