Collector MV Reddy receives iPass award from KTR
Commemorating five years of Telangana state industrial project approval and self-certification (TS-iPASS), the state government organised celebrations at Shilpakala Vedika Madhapur on Wednesday.
Malkajgiri: Commemorating five years of Telangana state industrial project approval and self-certification (TS-iPASS), the state government organised celebrations at Shilpakala Vedika Madhapur on Wednesday. Medchal-Malkajgiri district has been selected as top district for implementation of TS-iPass in the state. The district collector Dr MV Reddy received the award from the Telanagana industries minister KT Rama Rao.
Medchal-Malkajgiri district stood first in the state in getting approvals from various government departments for establishment of new industries. While 3,124 entrepreneurs applied for 6,083 permissions, 5,068 applications were given permissions. This was made possible with the active support of District collector Dr MV Reddy who conducted regular meetings with officials of various departments for the approvals. After formation of the new district, about 2,983 new industries were established in the district with Rs 23,290 crore investments.
