Speaking after joining Muslims in prayers at Yellammagadda Crossroads and celebrating 'Alai-Balai (exchange of greetings), he wished that the blessings of Allah will always with the people. While conveyed Ied greetings to the gathering, the corporator handed over Rs. 1 lakh as his contribution to the construction of Idgah at the Yellammabanda Crossroads.
Goud told the gathering that people in Telangana were happily celebrating all festivals without caste and community differences under the stewardship of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. Among those present were Idgah secretary and Area Committee Member Shoukath Ali, Munna, Khaja, Rasool, Samad. Khaisar, Chand, Nawaz, Mazar.
