CP Anjani Kumar warns trouble-makers sternly
Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar on Friday conducted a inter-departmental co-ordination meeting on the arrangements for upcoming Bakrid festival. Senior officials of police, transport and animal husbandry departments and GHMC took part in the meeting.

Round-the-clock check posts will start functioning soon at entry points to city. A control room will also be set up for inter-departmental co-ordination to ensure prompt response even during night time. It was emphasised that all necessary steps would be taken to ensure strict implementation of the law.
Anyone having issues or grievances should inform the police by dialing '100' and should not take law into their hands, the Commissioner advised the public. Police would be on the lookout for any trouble-makers to prevent them from disrupting harmony and tranquility in the city. Additional police commissioners D S Chauhan and T Murali Krishna, Joint CP (West Zone) A R Srinivas, and other officers were attended the meeting.
