A model of prestigious project taken up by the Telangana government, Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project, was constructed in the premises of Beerappa temple at Beerappaguda of Chilukanagar.
Chilukangar: A model of prestigious project taken up by the Telangana government, Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project, was constructed in the premises of Beerappa temple at Beerappaguda of Chilukanagar. The construction was taken up by the local corporator Gopu Saraswathi Sadanand.
On Tuesday, Mayor Bonthu Rammohan, along with Uppal MLA Bethi Subash Reddy, visited Beerappaguda to see the model of the project. Speaking on the occasion, the Mayor said congratulated the Corporator for creating awareness about the prestigious project.
The model would help students and people understand the significance of the project, he added. The project demonstrates the commitment of the CM KCR to provide irrigation and drinking water to Telangana people. Anyone who sees the model can easily understand how Godavari is lifted to various reservoirs and how it reaches the city.
Among those who were present include Ramanthapur corporator Gandam Jyotsna, Nageshwar, Uppal corporator M Anala Hanmanth Reddy, Nacharam corporator Saijen Shanthi and others.
