Mala Mahanadu president Chennaiah demanded that both the union and the state governments celebrate the Constitution Day in the same manner as Independence Day and Republic Day.
Tank Bund: Mala Mahanadu president Chennaiah demanded that both the union and the state governments celebrate the Constitution Day in the same manner as Independence Day and Republic Day. On Tuesday, Chennaiah and other leaders of Mala Mahanadu paid tributes the architect of the Indian Constitution, Dr BR Ambedkar, as part of Constitution Day celebrations.
Chennaiah welcomed the central government orders to conduct extensive awareness campaign informing people about the rights and duties provided by the constitution from November 26 (Constitution Day) to April 14 (Dr BR Ambedkar's birth anniversary).
He also praised the Telangana government's decision to conduct special programmes at village level to raise awareness among public on constitution. He urged all Indians to pay tributes Dr BR Ambedkar on the day for providing one of the greatest constitutions in the world.
Mala Mahanadu state working president Janga Srinivas, national secretary V Bhaskar, P Ashok Rao, Katta Shekhar, Chandramohan Rao, Gopi, GiriBabu, Krishna, Govardhan, Ramesh, Rambabu, Jaya Prakash and others attended the program.
