TS Govt hostels lack basic amenities

Parigi: The district leaders of KVPS inspected several government hospitals in the mandal limits on Sunday. Speaking to the media, they said authorities were not following the prescribed menu.

There is no filter water and no proper maintenance of toilets. They also alleged that uniforms were not yet distributed in many hostels and KCR kits were also not given to the students.

They said inmates of the hostels had also been suffering from many issues. They demanded that the District Collector visit the hostels to assess the situation. "Otherwise, we will take up an agitation," they warned. KVPS state associate secretary R Mahipal, leaders Ravinder, Naresh, Kiran, Omkar were present.
