Tarnaka: The water ATM, which was setup in Manikeshwara Nagar more than a year ago, is still waiting for an official inauguration. Residents, commuters and Osmania University students thought that the ATM would quench their thirst at a minimum price.

However, their eagerness remained futile as the ATM remained as a mere decorated piece on the road. People urged the officials concerned to come to their aid.
