Telangana forging ahead on all fronts: Puvvada Ajay Kumar

Khammam: The Telangana Rashtra Samithi party (TRS) is thinking always of the development of the people and the state. It has put the State on the top on all fronts in welfare activities, said Minister for Transport Puvvada Ajay Kumar.

Speaking to the media at the district party office here on Sunday, he said the State was witnessing development at a rapid pace under the stewardship of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao. He praised that many welfare schemes were being implemented in the State.

The government was taking all measures to ensure the prosperity of farmers, including round-the-clock free power supply. On the occasion, he listed the prestigious schemes of Rythu Bheema, Rythu Bandhu, Dalit Bandhu, Kalayana Laxmi, Shaadi Mubarak and others. The Kaleswaram project was another great achievement by the government. The minister was happy that people were satisfied with the all-round efforts of the government. It was resulting in TRS being rewarded with a number of MLA seats, local bodies, DCCB chairmanships etc in the last seven years.

MLC B Laxmi Narayana, ZP Chairman L Kamal Raj, SUDA Chairman B Vijay Kumar, AMC chairman Laxmi, Mayor P Neeraja and others participated in the meeting.
