New Delhi: Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said on Wednesday that through various schemes we will bridge all the trenches in agriculture, this will benefit the farmers and ensure that they get the right price. Even during the COVID 19 pandemic, we saw no impact on farming-related operations.
Tomar said I would also like to thank the banks because during the epidemic they brought more than one crore farmers under the Kisan Credit Card cover and gave one lakh crore rupees to the farmers in the last eight months.
We have made some reforms for the betterment of the agriculture sector and farmers and will bring further improvements in future.
