Youth put best foot forward for AFOSEC

AFOSEC-2015’, a two-day national level annual technological and cultural festival, concluded on a grand note at VR Siddhartha Engineering College (VRSEC) at Kanuru on Friday. The campus was abuzz with a lot of activities on the final day of ‘AFOSEC-2015’ (Annual Festival of Siddhartha Engineering College-2015) marked by unbridled enthusiasm of participants.

The college campus decorated with rangolis created a festival ambience. For novelty, rangolis were decorated with nuts, screws, bolts and other electronic parts instead of regular colours. All the events held on the final day witnessed a keen contest with a lot of cheering from both sides.

Students vied with one another to excel in dance, music and fun games. They danced, dedicated songs, participated in adventure games and performed daredevil feats, besides gorging on delicious food served as part of the festival. Stalls of a variety of products were set up on the college campus for the occasion. The food stalls offering mouth-watering delicacies proved to be a big draw.

Specialised training institutes and consultancy agencies also set up stalls to offer career guidance to students. Car and motorcycle showrooms showcased their latest models at the festival. All the students relished the experience of participating in the festival.
