Revelling in the harvest spirit
Malayalis of the city took part in the Onam fest organised by Kerala club at Siddhartha Auditorium on Sunday. The festive spirit among the people on the eve of Thiru Onam, the harvest festival brought a high energy in the event.

The harvest festival brought the natives of Kerala together for collective celebration of the special event. The Malayali families walked in the traditional attire of the State bringing the festive glow. The indispensable Onasadya, an array of 24 delicacies were presented by cooks of Kerala to preserve the authenticity of the cuisine.
The auditorium boomed with energy as the participants took part in traditional and classic dance numbers. Member of Parliament Gokaraju Rangaraju said that the Onam fest is very prominent in the city and has been celebrated for the last 10 years by the Malayali families.
