Last year Fiat had relaunched the older version of the Punto as the Punto Pure and it was slotted as the entry-level offering from the automaker. The company has now replaced the Punto Pure with the Punto Evo Pure which has been launched in India at a price of Rs 4.92 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Last year Fiat had relaunched the older version of the Punto as the Punto Pure and it was slotted as the entry-level offering from the automaker. The company has now replaced the Punto Pure with the Punto Evo Pure which has been launched in India at a price of Rs 4.92 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The Fiat Punto Evo Pure is offered with only the 1.2-litre FIRE petrol engine churning out 68 PS of power at 6000 RPM and 96 Nm of torque at 2500 RPM. The engine is matched to a five-speed manual transmission. The Punto Evo has a service interval of 15,000 kms along with a three year warranty.

Since the Pure is a stripped down trim, it gets only basic features like Digital Clock, Digital Odometer, Digital Trip meter, Distance to Empty Indicator and will be offered in six colours – Exotica Red, Bossonova White, Hip Hop Black, Minimal Grey, Bronzo Tan and Magnesio Grey.
