Speaking on the occasion, he said that patients suffering from BP and diabetes, were using more pain killers which was leading to kidney problems. Patient would come to know about kidney failure in advanced stages itself. “After conducting tests, we can diagnose kidney failure. Kidney transplantation is an expensive surgery,” he added. Service Health Organisation president Dr T Sevakumar was also present.
