National Lok Adalat on Feb 10

Kakinada: National Lok Adalat would be held at the district court here on February 10, informed the Legal Services Authority here on Sunday.

While speaking about the benefits of Lok Adalats at the Boat Club Park, noted advocate Yanamala Ramam explained that these Lok Adalats would help the people in compromising the cases. Ramam further said that not only civil cases but also criminal cases could be compromised by both parties.

Ramam informed that the cases once solved here would be treated as permanent solution to the cases. With regard to the cases solved at Lok Adalats, the parties would get back the court fee paid to the government. Adabala Ratna Prasad, Relangi Bapi Raju, V Satya Narayana and others participated.
