National Lok Adalat tomorrow
The District Legal Services Authority is organising National Lok Adalat on the premises of Nyaya Seva Sadan, District Court buildings, Ongole along with Taluk headquarters and other independent courts in the district on February 10.
Ongole: The District Legal Services Authority is organising National Lok Adalat on the premises of Nyaya Seva Sadan, District Court buildings, Ongole along with Taluk headquarters and other independent courts in the district on February 10.
The District Principal Judge MG Priyadarsini said in a meeting that instructions were issued to all the judicial officers in the district to refer and identify cases and pre-litigation matters pending on the files of their respective courts for amicable settlement between the parties in the ensuing National Lok Adalat.
She announced that about 916 urges received from the public at Chirala camp and said that she was expecting that they would be addressed by the respective departments on Saturday.The Additional Senior Civil Judge R Sarat Babu, Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority T Raja Venkatadri, Bar Association President B Bhaskar were also present in the meeting.
