Supreme Court order on the bail pleas of YSR Congress president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy and industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad are due on Thursday.A
The apex court heard arguments of both sides on Jagan's bail plea after the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) filed its counter affidavit on May 6 and reserved its order for May 9. The order will be pronounced at 11 am.
The apex court will also deliver its order on a petition filed by the CBI seeking cancellation of the bail granted to Jagan's auditor V Vijay Sai Reddy. The three have been named as accused in the disproportionate assets case registered against Jagan. While Jagan is behind bars since May 27, 2012, Nimmagadda Prasad has been in prison since April 2012.
