New Delhi: The government lawyer at Delhi court was questioned by the honorable judge, VK Jain regarding the denial of acceptance of YS Jagan's resignation. It is evident that against the state bifurcation decision taken by the UPA government, the YSR Congress Party president, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Nellore MP, Mekapati Rajamohan Reddy and Vijayawada MP, Lagadapati Rajagopal had submitted their resignations to Loksabha Speaker.

The honorable judge inquired why the resignations of these MPs have not been approved without any proper reason. The additional solicitor general Mera said he had no information on this, respoding to the question posed by the honorable judge.

Later, the honorable judge ordered all three MPs to meet Loksabha speaker in person to get their resignations approved. During the proceedings, Justice VK Jain posed a series of questions to the government lawyer and later adjourned the decision for four weeks.
