Hyderabad: Minister for Legislative Affairs D Sridhar Babu felt that there was no need to prorogue the State Assembly.
The Minister told the reporters on Monday that his office had received the file recommending prorogation of the Assembly but he had not seen it as yet. He said he did not think there was any issue which requires an ordinance to be issued. The Assembly in any case had to meet before December 20, the Minister said.
Asked if he had received a call from the Intelligence Bureau sources seeking his opinion on Rayala Telangana, the Minister said that no one had contacted him from the IB.
